Frazier Henke

Frazier is the President and CEO of American Bank and Trust Company in Tulsa. A graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Tulsa College of Law, Frazier currently serves as a Director of CommunityCare Managed Health Plans of Oklahoma and as Vice Chairman of the Department of Corrections Board of Corrections.

Frazier also serves as a Trustee of the Tulsa County Bar foundation and as a Director of the Boy Scouts of America Indian Nations Council and the Tulsa Committee of 100. His past service includes membership on the boards of the Oklahoma Bankers Association, Operation Aware, the Henry Zarrow International School foundation and the Child Abuse Network, among others.
